Your professional organization is a part of the nationwide Joint Ethics Enforcement Program because we believe one of the hallmarks of a quality profession relates to a strong ethics-oriented approach to work. Complaints are either handled by the ASCPA Ethics Committee or referred directly to the AICPA for investigation.
