When Sarah Krom, CPA started her accounting career, she had no idea she was starting on a path to become the NJCPA’s youngest president. From scholarship award winner to managing partner of her firm, Sarah has utilized the tools available to her to distinguish herself, leapfrog the competition, and earn her place as the 2018-2019 NJCPA President. During this session, we’ll examine all the career resources that Sarah took advantage of and how they accelerated her growth. Finish the session by breaking into groups and sharing what has worked for each of us and how we can implement takeaways when we return home.
